SelfSuffi's mission is to connect individuals from underserved communities with vital resources to foster independence and long-term success. MRC aimed to craft a narrative that not only conveyed the importance of SelfSuffi's work but also resonated deeply with their audience, including potential donors, partners, and the communities they serve.
Our objectives were:
Mission and Concept Understanding: Clearly communicate SelfSuffi's mission and innovative concept.
Community Engagement: Build a sense of belonging and active participation within the community.
Brand Awareness: Increase visibility and recognition of the SelfSuffi brand.
Building Email List: Develop a waiting list and a directory of organizations aligned with SelfSuffi's mission.
The Outcome
MRC successfully enhanced SelfSuffi's brand narrative and digital strategy, positioning them for greater engagement and growth. Key achievements included:
Content Strategy for Social Media Channels: Developed a robust strategy encompassing copywriting direction, hashtag usage, and branded templates to ensure consistent and engaging content across all platforms.
Social Media Mood Board and Calendar: Created a visual and thematic guide to maintain a cohesive brand presence and strategically plan content releases.
